As my mindfulness challenges continues, it is to focus on the hear & now. As this song goes, I don’t wanna think about tomorrow, I don’t need anything that money can buy…I don’t have to beg steel or burrow. I just want to live until I die… It’s time to stop the scattered thoughts all over the placeand focus on my one mistake.
Sometimes I thing about nasty stuff, sometimes I think about peoples stuff…What am I to do business with this…We all need to just live until we die and take advantage of our family living rights .

What is mindfulness… I suppose it is living in the minute.. A now moment instead of focusing in the past. Our past tenses are not always appetizing as all that thinking causes us to miss out a lot of our lives. It’s like watching ones life slide past without taking part, and that is not a nice feeling.
So, how do we use mindfulness to assist us in our daily lives? It teaches us to be present in our lives no matter what is going on…
Contrary to what some may think though, mindfulness has nothing to do with religion or invisible powers as it’s all about being in touch with yourself… Needless to say, every time you come back to the present, you are practicing mindfulness…You are seeing things the way they really are and that’s what gives life color.
Health and detoxification is a very depressing process and subject, if I may say… I often try to chose meats and veggies that are meant to enjoy and the fact that they are good for you is merely secondary.
What is good for humans? I suppose, it’s a combination of somebody too nobody, including exercises. So, off I go for an acrobatic pose.
Happiness to me is being able to eat Gourmet foods…According to philosophy, happiness being so high on today’s agenda has to do with secularization. In early christianity, they formed the idea that suffering is part of life on Earth and perfect happiness cannot be achieved. The idea was, only good christians would be rewarded with eternal happiness.
Now that the notion of heaven has been dismissed by many, we want heaven here on earth. Happiness and the pursuit of it has become a goal in itself. What’s important is that we believe that we are entitled to it.
Happiness has become something to own, something that you can buy. Whoever fails to be continually happy is seen as a loser.
