How do we Rebuild Guyana

So, let’s talk about railroads in Guyana…
A sawmill business bought by the British to set up in 1894 a well-functioning transportation system.
The railroad provided access through Guyana’s primeval forest to the upper Essequibo’s Goldfield.
Being that Guyana was the only country that provided and exported a prized hardwood at the time, this functioning railroad was a prized possession

The railroad tracks ran south along the Demera River until it reached that area near the current Mackenzie bridge.
Near 1900, here comes a spanking new railroad linking the two rivers. We all know that Guyana is a land surrounded by many waters though…In fact, its country is below sea level which is preoccupying with somebody. The railroads created businesses and were used to move people and pieces of equipment around from one point to the other.

It brought hope for a brighter future. All sorts of jobs were created for the future of the people. Life improved for many.
Sadly, for the last 40 years, Guyana has regressed into a total disaster causing the country to fail its people over and over again.

In spite of it all, Guyana has moved into a different era. Natural Resources are back into the flow.
The minds of the ancestors are connected to make futuristic decision to uphold.
Railroad opportunists, take advantage of this break…Let the Oil flow

Phoebe’s Mission Project

PHOEBE’S JOURNEY WILL TAKE YOU ON A LONG EXHAUSTING JOURNEY TO SOUTH AMERICA WHERE SHE WILL BE WORKING ON RE-BUILDING HER GRAND-MOTHER’S MANSION. ☺️ PHOEBE IS SEEKING FINANCIAL HELP IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT OF WHICH SHE HOLDS DEEP IN HER HEART.

This standing home is about 50 years old

This Mission Project has been established in order to raise funds to establish a future foundation for my grandmother in this little village of New Amsterdam, Berbice in South America

Immediate action is required first in order to rebuild my grandmother’s home according to the American Standards.

Quite a modest home of over 50 years old. For me, it has lots of souvenirs and its potentials are endless, thus by remodeling this home, it would create a vibrant community in this town called New Amsterdam.

After the death of my beloved grandmother, the home was passed over to my Uncle Neville. There he lived until he was forcefully force out after being attacked by bandits.

He was attacked brutally after one of the bandits placed a gun to his head and demanded all of his money and his pension. He was so scared he flee the home. Imagine this, he is 80 plus years old.

We often ask, how much more can one human take. My uncle has experienced some very dark days prior to these events. He lost his wife, and his two daughters and was accused of deceit. He stands strong. Now that I am grown and have experienced my own tragedy I can solemnly assist this uncle into living humanely gracefully with the help of your contribution.

THE WORLD NEEDS NICER PEOPLE LIKE YOU TO MAKE IT A BETTER PLACE.

Confused

I laid in the bed

with my hands on my head

lost and confused

cause I fought against the rule

With a pen in my hand

As i started to write

Just a little of this

And a bit of that

Then the words starts to flow

As the spirit unfolds

No offence but this soul

was stuck in a hole

Great twas that day

When I discovered my way

To expose the truth

And now enjoy my fruit

I know and grow

and it starts to show

I simply go because of what I know
